How can we help and how does it work?

Each of our clients is individual, with their own to do lists and their own concerns so we start by personally meeting any client interested in using our services. We will arrange to come out to your home at a time convenient to you and we will listen to how you would like the service to work for you.

This initial meeting is vital to our service and one of the reasons that our service is so unique as we really feel that we can only do the best job possible for you if we understand your needs. We don't believe we can do this if we haven't met you.

Our overall aim is to carry out your tasks in the way that we know you would if you could and the culture of the company is very much about each PA taking absolute full responsibility for any task that she carries out.

Once we have met you, we allocate you a PA who will then work with you, week in and week out.

  • You will have a dedicated PA so that you can speak to the same person each time and she can really get to know your likes and dislikes.
  • You will be given a personal phone number to call through on that is unique to you. This allows us to see that it is you calling through and you never find yourself having to wait or being put through a switchboard.
  • All our team are based at our offices in SW London - we believe that this is the most efficient and effective way for us to deliver our service and means that you can be reassured that all your information is being held professionally and safely.
  • We strictly limit the number of clients managed by each PA so that we can ensure that your PA can carry out your tasks without letting you down.
  • Confidentiality is of utmost importance in our company and all our PA's sign a confidentiality contract with us.
  • Your PA will keep a weekly to do list for you and she will email this over to you on a regular basis so that you always know the status of your jobs. That means you don't need your own to do list. Just email, phone or text any time you would like to add something new.
  • We only ask for 30 days notice if you decide that you no longer need your PA's services so you do not need to worry about being tied into any long contracts.
  • Many of our other services are carried out by our own employees so that we can guarantee quality and confidentiality. For example, if you need shopping to be done or a handyman to hang some pictures these jobs would be organised by your PA with one of her colleagues in the office.
  • the choice of packages and prices allows you to make the best use of your spend with us whatever your circumstances. It's possible to move between packages should your situation change
  • our approach is to take care of each task with the same sense of responsibility as if it were our own - we manage details scrupulously. Attention to detail is guaranteed.
