Our story

8 years ago we created a service company based on the fundamental vision of a service that would allow people to offload the things that they either didn't have time to do, didn't have the knowledge to do or simply didn't want to do.

Importantly our service has grown based on our core believes that you can only deliver good service if you work hard to gain trust with your client and then continually work hard to ensure that you deliver what you say you will.

Over the years, with a strong team and a few customer service awards later, we maintain our very personal approach and continue to develop long term relationships with our clients.

So, how did we get into home refurbishments and renovation?

We very quickly found that we being asked to help clients with issues they were having with their homes. The problem we had was that we wanted to keep our clients happy but often couldn't control the third parties that had been instructed by our clients to carry out the work.

With Robert's strong background in construction management we decided the only way to keep our clients happy was to do the work ourselves and that is what we have been doing ever since

We applied the same believes, recruited experts and, unusually for the construction industry we employed our own tradesmen to ensure that we had full control over the standard of work being done for our clients.

So, we have ended up with a vibrant company full of people with a can do customer service attitude that help us to build our growing reputation as one of London's leading home refurbishment companies.
