CV: After obtaining a construction management degree from Liverpool University, Robert started out as a site engineer on sites at home and abroad, before moving to a marketing career in London with Kraft Foods International.

One of Robert's core objectives is to ensure that systems are in place to help Urban PAs to efficiently carry out their work. A tailor made project tracking system has been developed to track the progress of each request. This system identifies appropriate suppliers when tasks require the involvement of a third party. Payment procedures have been set up to maximise flexibility and convenience for members.
