The performance of our suppliers is constantly monitered using our Members Rating Service.
After each task carried out by a third party we ask our customers to rate the supplier on:-
- Time keeping
- Professionalism
- Politeness and courtesy
- Workmanship/competency
- Value for money
- Cleanliness
- Whether they would use this supplier again
This process encourages recommended suppliers to maintain their standards and provides Urban PA with a tangible measure of a suppliers strengths, weaknesses, and ongoing perfermance. |
