Despite our vetting procedures there will often be issues when dealing with tradesmen. We cannot guarantee that suppliers will turn up on time, or complete work to your satisfaction within an agreed time frame. Nor can we guarantee that they will not make mistakes. Accidents may occur.
When issues arise, it will be stressful for both the client and the PA who will both feel let down. Therefore we have a clear customer complaints procedure in place to deal with any issues you may have when dealing with tradesmen referred by Urban PA.
Urban PA has the advantage of a large membership base which can be leveraged to encourage suppliers to resolve complaints as quickly and painlessly as possible. |
