Your Urban PA can meet all your property management needs Specifically, an Urban PA can:-
- register your home with property letting agents
- negotiate terms with agents on your behalf
- arrange gas and electrical safety checks
- credit check the tenants
- arrange inventory checks
- liaise directly with your tenants in case of issues such as when the washing machine breaks down, the alarm malfunctions, the boiler stops working, etc
- deal with emergency calls
As with all levels of Urban PA service, you will be provided with a dedicated PA who, in addition to looking after your property, will be able to deal with your entire domestic and personal 'to do' list.
